The course is highly practical, giving you the opportunity to learn, practise and develop your skills under Monika’s expert guidance.

Your 4-Day Training Programme

Day 1 – Gel Polish Application

📅 8th November
⏰ 10:00am – 3:00pm

Your first training day focuses on the fundamentals of professional Gel Polish application.

You will learn:

• Nail industry health and safety.
• Product knowledge and the correct products to use.
• Natural nail preparation.
• Cuticle preparation and tidy-up.
• Correct nail shaping.
• Preparing the natural nail for Gel Polish.
• Professional Gel Polish application.
• Techniques for achieving a clean and long-lasting finish.

You will practise the procedures on models throughout the day, with guidance and assessment from Monika.

Day 2 – Gel Nail Extensions Using Sculpting Forms

⏰ 10:00am – 5:00pm

On the second day, you will learn how to create gel nail extensions using sculpting forms.

You will be guided through the process of creating a complete set of gel extensions, including:

• Natural nail preparation.
• Correct application and positioning of sculpting forms.
• Gel extension application.
• Creating the correct structure and shape.
• Filing and refining the extensions.
• Finishing techniques.
• Creating a professional-looking full set.

You will practise the complete procedure on a model, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience.

Day 3 – E-File Gel Maintenance & Re-Application

⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm

The third day focuses on using an E-File during gel nail maintenance and re-application.

You will learn techniques for:

• Using an E-File correctly during gel maintenance.
• Refining and reducing existing gel where necessary.
• Preparing the nails for an infill.
• Tidy and precise cuticle preparation using an E-File.
• Re-applying gel.
• Creating a balanced and smooth finish.
• Finishing the service with Gel Polish.

The focus is on improving your technique, confidence and efficiency during maintenance appointments.

E-File: You will need to bring your own E-File. E-Mo Nails E-Files are also available to purchase from our store.

Day 4 – Nail Art & Mixed Designs

⏰ 9:30am – 11:30am

Finish your training with a creative Nail Art session focusing on freehand designs and mixed nail art techniques.

You will learn and practise different designs and techniques, including:

• Freehand nail art.
• Nail art brush techniques.
• Gel colours.
• Glitter designs.
• Ombre effects.
• Foil designs.
• Spider gel techniques.
• Zebra print.
• Leopard print.
• Mixed nail art designs.

You will practise the different techniques on nail tips, giving you the opportunity to experiment with different products, colours and designs.

The techniques can be adapted for both Gel Polish and Hard Gel services.

Nail Art Brushes are included.
